My technician John was excellent in explaining all of the details to me about my visit today. John was thorough and did a phenomenal job as always when he comes out to service my appliances.

Bret was professional despite how many homes he visited today and was a nice gentleman to talk to. We were able to talk and trouble shoot potential problems before he took a look at the fan. Now it's the waiting game to see if it fixes it and hopefully it will be enough!
