Awesome service and great conversation/education.
This man with his 35 years experience was able to take care of a problem we have had from the very first day we bought the stove. I am not sure how many times we had somebody come out and look at the stove and charge us the service call but never fix it. He found a problem immediately and fixed it. Tim is great and I really enjoyed the conversation that we had. He was very talented, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for the experience.
