Robert provided an excellent experience. He has many years of experience (over 48 years) with troubleshooting and diagnosing refrigerator problems. He spent over 1 hour checking the refrigerator and it was ultimately determined that the unit was not repairable. I am confident in his diagnosis and I am now working to replace the refrigerator.
