Bruce kept me informed of my place in line so I did not miss work. He arrived within 3 min of when he told me he would. He was able to explain what was going on with my fridge & what I could expect for the fee. I appreciate he told me about the fees involved & valued my time too. He even cleaned up the coils and vacuumed the debris in the area.

Dishwasher repair Artificial Intelligence stinks

Nathan the technician was very good. I would give him 5 out of 5 stars. The overall experience with the AI process was horrible!! Initially the scheduling was ok. The technician came out diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. He said the part would arrive at our home in a couple of days, which it did. He scheduled the day to return. I went back and forth with AI text messages and emails tell me the part never arrived and canceling the appointment. I would reschedule, confirm then next day the appointment would be canceled by AI saying the part hadn't been received. I went through this maybe 3 times over the course of a couple of weeks and we had the part all along!! I requested numerous times to get a human representative and had no luck. I remembered that Nathan had originally texted me on the first visit and I was able to text him. He did come today and repaired our dishwasher. I am very very unsatisfied with your system.
