Alex arrived timely, got straight to work and fixed my problem. He was very pleasant. However, I felt Sears wasn't reading any of the communications they were asking me to provide. received a few emails and constant texts asking me repeatedly to describe my problem (which I did over and over), and constant asks if I wanted to change my appt to earlier. I continued to explain I couldn't do earlier because the part I ordered wouldn't arrive until the date I had scheduled. I felt like everything was auto generated and no one was reading my messages. Even Alex was surprised to learn I already had the part and just needed him to install it, when I had communicated that several times in my text messages.

Paul was very professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything so that I was able to understand what was needed to repair my fridge. He replaced the broken part and my fridge was good as new. I highly recommend Paul!
