Hector diagnosed the problem with my Frigidaire washer within minutes. Was able to fix the problem. Service charge was fair. Also, made appointment and he came the next day. That's exceptional to get an appointment that quickly. Hector was in communication with me during the morning to advise me when he would arrive at my house. Thank you! Problem solved.
