I was upset that all the parts didn't arrive when the 1st tech ordered them which caused a significant delay in using my washer. I was even more perturbed when Ivan expeditiously ordered my missing part, it arrived early, but I couldn't get an appt until a week later!! Despite all the mayhem, Ivan was gracious, communicated well, expedient, and thorough. Sears owner/CEO/President, you have fantastic service techs. They truly make up for all the other inadequacies with your online appointment system, faulty ordering logistics, and unhelpful offshore customer service agents.
