Technician (Robert) provided ETA of arrival. Upon arrival Robert provided rapid and accurate diagnosis of problem with dishwasher. Made repairs very quickly restoring functionality of dishwasher. In addition, Robert was very friendly projecting a positive attitude of himself and the company. I hope all of the technicians in the company are like Robert.
