Even though Jeff didn't have the details of what needed to be done to fix my refrigerator, he fixed it without a problem based on what I informed him needed to be done. He was very professional. It took over a month to get the job done.

Gani was fantastic. He was clear in what needed to be done and got it done. My experience with everyone else at Sears has been horrible, starting with a technician named Javier V. He inspected the unit and gave us incorrect information and didn't notate anything wrong prompting me to need to have another tech come back for the same issue before ordering a part. Javier was also assigned, against my request, to come replace the part. He did not try to contact me at all and drove away saying I was not here. I waited all day Wednesday and Friday for a technician to come and had to reschedule for Saturday. Truly some of the worst service, outside of Gani, I've ever had.
