Domingo did a great job. And I would happily have him back at our residence to make any repair. I will say I am extremely disappointed with the automated robot text that really don't provide the ability for a custom response. I also didn't appreciate answering survey questions so that parts could be ordered and they were never ordered. Furthermore, the very first appointment was canceled on the day of the appointment, probably because a technician got backed up. This caused my refrigerator repair to be delayed in my opinion by at least 2 to 3 weeks. Not the kind of thing you want to have happen to a refrigerator. What if it was serious and affected the operation of the cooling/ freezing of the refrigerator?
