I would not recommend this home protection warranty to anyone, I put in my order to have my freezer repaired back in November, right now this is the beginning of February, and right now I cannot open my freezer for at least a day or too so I don't know if it is repaired or not I lost a freezer full of food totaling I'm sure at least about $400 I am very dissatisfied and displeased
