Walter from Sears came out to take a look at our dishwasher. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained to us what the problem was. He also spent time on the phone relaying his findings to our home warranty company. I would definitely use Sears and Walter in the future on other appliance issues. Sears was able to send the technician next day.
