Mark was great, quick repair. However, there's got to be a better way to schedule appointments so customer's day isn't locked all day. An option of morning or afternoon should be made available. Other companies give customers the option, why not you?

Chris was apparently asked to "mop up" my problem, no ice being made by Frigidair Gallery refrig. An initial tech sent to my house was not able to diagnose the problem and ordered parts I didn't need. In contrast, Chris immediately diagnosed the problem within a short time and had it fixed quickly. Chris also took the time to explain what he did to my satisfaction. I give Chris and his asst (didn't get the name) the highest evaluation.
