Excellent service on gas stovetop
Pierre was very knowledgeable and took the extra time to run up to the store to get a sealant that was necessary for the gas connector. He went out of his way to fix it correctly and not expose our family to a gas leak. We are so appreciative! He was careful to avoid damage to our counter while removing and replacing the stovetop. He was also patient when we couldn't understand some of his accent.

Serviceman was on time, very friendly, explained service policies before he started & took pictures. Then explained where fridge was leaking, probable cause. Very professional & made us feel he's trustworthy from his many years of service. Would definitely have him again to service our appliances.

Marshall (the technician) came right on time. Went directly to work on the furnace, diagnosed the problem and rectified it swiftly. Can't sing his honors enough as the furnace went out at 3 am this morning so there was no heat. Thank you for having Marshall working for Sears and came experienced to fix the issue. There is now heat coming from the furnace to warm the house again!!! Nothing but kudos for Marshall!!
