A very patient guy who listened to all my explanations concerning what I am experiencing with my refrigerator and was able to rectify the issue. And ask ed me if l have warranty on it. I said yes and that l have spoken with the people. He did a good job.

Two technician guys came one last month and bunch of ice and this today 18th he came again and just took the deposit money hundred dollars and didn't do anything and really really bad. I canceled my coverage I never had stumbled such a situation with liars no more Sears.

Salvadore is a very polite, knowledgeable gentleman When finding out the purported problem with my freezer in the refrigerator, he took the time to explain the problems as he worked to fix them. With the buildup of ice in the freezer, it wouldn't close all often way, and the temperature really jumped up. The food is now back in my freezer. The temperature has obviously jumped way up at this point. Obviouslt I hope to see the temperature drop back to my normal 3 degrees. Will patiently wait for quite awhile to see my desired 3 degrees temperature in the freezer. Thank you. If I have any further problems with this, I'll contact you.
