I had a horrible experience with the sears company overall. Emmanuel was great, and I thank him for all he did! But the process of getting it done was terrible! My appointment was cancelled 3 times! And there is no number to call anyone listed anywhere. I wonder why.. When I finally got a number, I just got apologies, but no answers. Never got a call back from a supervisor like I was promised either. I would never recommend sears to get an appliance fixed in a timely manner.
