Freezer repair
Tracy was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to fix the issue. He explained everything that he was doing and answered the many questions I asked. I hope that if I ever need future repairs that he is the technician that's comes. Thank you Tracy!🙂

He was very good. 5 Kept working until he found a solution for repairing my ice maker, rather than just saying it needed something else and leaving. However I have a feeling this freezing up problem will happen again. Wish a permanent solution could be found. Not happy with getting items repaired. They sure don't make them like they used to!
