AI customer service needs some help
Joshua was very personable. He fixed our fridge very quickly. I have no complaints about the service. It's the AI portion. I need to have the option of talking to an actual person.

Marshall did a great job replacing the component on our fridge. There was VERY little space to reach in to remove and replace the part, but he patiently and persistently worked to complete the job. He is patient, personable and a pleasure to have in our home. Thank you!!!

We had a clogged fridge drain. Eddie laid out all the options and we opted to have him clean it. It had kind of a domino effect: the drain was worse than he thought at first and took a long time, even though he had the proper tools (which we don't, yet) and then he reminded us (we'd forgotten) about cleaning the coils in the back. We pulled the fridge out and did that, and cleaned up the floor that only gets cleaned when the fridge is pulled out. Ick. There was a lot of taking things apart and putting them back together. He said drain cleaning is simple, but I am sure we could not have managed this one ourselves. We really appreciated his thoroughness and care.
