Conrad came to our home to fix a broken ice maker on our Frigidaire Professional refrigerator. On the initial visit he quickly identified the problem and ordered the parts needed on line. I said quickly identified; but he had to go through quite the contortions to discover the problem. The parts were delivered to my home a few days later; and today he returned and fixed our ice maker. He is efficient, cordial and clearly very knowledgeable. We also had a very good experience with the communications re our scheduling. Thank you, Nan H.
