Great experience. Richard explained everything we needed to know about our refrigerator. For the time being, we decided to go with the diagnostics and not the extended warranty. He was an absolute pleasure to talk with. Very knowledgeable and personable.

Knowledgeable tech fixed the unit but there is no customer service to speak of in the entire process since all communication is AI scheduling. The first scheduled visit was rescheduled due to the first technician not showing up and there is no one to call nor do you know when the tech will arrive so someone has to be home the entire day. Poor customer service.

McLeod did an excellent job, and was able to quickly identify and resolve the issue. Unfortunately the part was not available during the first visit so he had to return but that was not his fault. It is disappointing that I have had to spend the last 3 weeks without a working refrigerator, especially considering that this one is only 5 months old.
