I had the privilege of meeting two talented technicians from SEARS. Brandon was the Tec who diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. He quickly location of the leak and reviewed the area needing repair. Jose the 20) the veteran, was the Tec who made the repair. Do you know how qualified a man with Jose's experience is to SEARS? I would like add that both these men were great commentators.
