The tech was wonderful. Came at a time we agreed on was pleasant and efficient. Very courteous as well. The notices from sears however were a mess: gave me the wrong tone for 1st appt on 4/23, told me they had no open work order scheduled for 4/23, gave me wrong arrival time again on 4/30. Couldn't reach a real person either time at sears home services- will not deal with them again.
