Love the technician Toni
We love Toni and are very happy when he is the technician that comes out to assist us. We are very unpleased with the AI services that continued to reschedule us without notifying us. Or the lack of ability to talk to a human when we were having issues with the scheduling. This was extremely frustrating. And nearly impossible to deal with.
