quick and friendly repair service
We have been without a working fridge for almost two weeks and the Frigidaire customer service has been horrible. Thank you for quickly identifying the issue and fixing our fridge.

Seemed counter productive. Tech said this was a common failure but the company will not let him carry the small part but he can carry compressors. So a one day 10 minute job turns into 2 days 5 hours of drive time and 10 minutes to replace the part. Cost me another day off of work. Not efficient use of resources. The technician was great.

He was courteous and friendly., and knew a lot about the appliance he was working on he even gave me a few tips for future reference he kept the work area spotless and was quick and efficient I would be happy to have him come back again. Should any of my Frigidaire appliances require servicing in the future.

The technician was pleasant but the frig was not repairable! Sad! Nice frig! He told me what he thought was wrong and what it would probably need to fix but it has no numbers on it so he can't fix it! Might cost $1000.00 to fix! He was polite!
