Awesome & Professional Tech!
Michael arrived 30 minutes early!! He disgnosed the problem, however, did not have a similar on hand. Regardless, he was a wonderful tech and I have nothing but the highest regard for his professionalism and patience! I HIGHLY recommend him!

He diagnosed our problem freezer. Gave us the $$ estimate to put in a new "package" to solve the problem. We opted out of repair due to cost. Then, in addition he shared his wealth of knowledge on how to use a freezer to its best function. Definitely a A+.

Michael came, saw, and fixed! Our stove had two igniters that were not working. He took the stove apart ( I never new the pieces were detachable) and he pulled the stove from the wall where I quickly spotted spoons and forks that were missing for years and a pile of dust and dirt that looked like it had an ecosystem of its own. I felt comfortable with him working on my stove so I did some gardening and by the time I had to leave he was done and now all four pilots are working on my stove.
