Water leak was a manufacturer hose defect which leaked 4 years after new. Tough to find. Replaced. Watching it to be sure it's fixed. Good job

He's great at answering and assisting with any questions or other difficulties. Ricky goes above and beyond to ensure the customer issues are taken care of.
