Paul is great. Great to work with. Positive, helpful, professional. The computer system, AI assistants, & call center assistants are frustrating and cannot handle anything outside of what someone in corporate decided was the norm, and no one within the call center, AI nor human, have capability to correct errors made by the system, nor to elevate to a human being who can both understand the issue and address it. I recommend Paul, but not the backend. 🙂

Help with Dryer

Michael came, evaluated our dryer and gave his suggestion on parts needed. Before our followup visit he contacted AHS and told them all of the parts that had already been placed in the dryer and the ones he was suggesting noting that he wasn't sure they would elminate the problem. All his actions resulted in our getting a new dryer supplied to us by AHS. Good job Michael.
