After talking to Kevin, I felt comfortable and confident that he would fix the problem I was having with my refrigerator. He was knowledgeable and explained to me what he was going to be working on with the refrigerator. He also answered any questions I had in a way that I could understand. I gave him a 5 but he was a 10. Thank you Sears. I've gone through a lot with this brand-new refrigerator of mine.

Francisco came out to help with our upright freezer. He did an outstanding job and even gave some tips on how to make the freezer work better. The level of customer service provided by Francisco was second to none! I hope we can request him to be our tech when we need help next time! Great job!
