He came to my home, diagnosed my refrigerator and told me exactly what was wrong with it. Ordered my part came back the same week and fixed it. He was amazing. My refrigerator had been on the fritz for a month. I cannot believe I did not know to call Sears in the first place!!!

Sergii was very professional, and was able to identify the problem and fix it quickly—which was actually a different problem than the original tech thought it was. Very satisfied with his work. Our only primary complaint is that it took nearly 3 months for Sears to finally show up to an appointment and fix the problem. There were numerous cancelled appointments. Grateful Sergii fixed it today.
