Great service from technician
Great service from technician but took 17 days from calling to get an appointment parts had to be ordered before fridge was fixed

Brian was able to quickly diagnose the issue with our fridge and immediately install a replacement part while a new one was delivered so the fridge would work while waiting for the second appointment scheduled. He was also very knowledgeable about what the issue was and helped me understand what was going on better. Thank you, Brian!

Jebadiah was very courteous and explained our issue with the oven. He put in the new part after a miscue with our appointment. It was scheduled for July 15, for some reason cancelled and re scheduled for July 19. Overall a good encounter!
