Received 3 boxes of ordered parts last week from UPS & FedX. Roy found the boxes didn't contain the Thermistor K part, when he arrived today (8/4/2025) to complete repair installation. Roy installed all the parts we received and instructed me to keep Thermistor K if we receive it, and to contact them if we have any problems.

Sears service tech.s have worked on my Frigadaire dishwasher several times. They have done good work. They have had to replace the same parts several times. Poor quility on Frigadaire's part.

Jeremiah did a great job fixing our refrigerator. I liked that he was confident in what he was doing. It took about 2-3 weeks to get an appointment, and waiting from "8-5" is a little much (I'd like a tighter timeframe), but the fridge is fixed and the repair was free as our fridge was under warranty.
