Richard came over to fix my freezer. He arrived on time and we chatted as he worked. He was very kind and friendly. He reconsider the issue immediately, let me know how much the work would cost and got straight to it once I'd given consent for the work to be completed. He was knowledgeable and efficient. My freezer is working great now and he explained how to avoid the issue occurring in the future. Thanks, Richard!
