From start to finish, Anthony went above and beyond to make sure I received excellent customer service. He not only made the correct repairs but also kept open and clear communication throughout the entire process. If it wasn't for him, nothing would have been resolved. Sears truly needs to take note, while their AI systems make it impossible to reach a real person, Anthony stepped in and straightened out everything that was going wrong. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication completely turned around my experience. Honestly, if it weren't for Anthony, I would not continue doing business with Sears. He deserves recognition for the outstanding job he did.
