Understanding and helpful
Had several issues with my home warranty service request and the repair was going nowhere fast until Todd was assigned. He was able to successfully navigate the bureaucracy of different warranty and repair companies and reach a resolution.

He said it's a common problem with this refrigerator ,he put a drop of oil on the track in the freezer drawer hopefully it lasts and doesn't do that again. He showed my husband how to deal with it when it happens again. So he was very helpful we'll see what happens

Tech was great, waited for me to drive home from work once he arrived. Glad that someone that works for Sears takes their job seriously and was masterful at diagnosing and repairing my appliance Sears AI phone service and call center are abysmal. Rescheduling without reason, difficult to get through to a person, and once you do they provide zero assistance whatsoever.
