Joseph was on time, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem with our gas oven quickly as it could possibly be wrong with it. We decided to not get it repaired but he took his time explaining things to us. Will use Sears again for appliance repair.

Ronald and assistant went right to work and explained problems. They were efficient which was good since it was a late (after 5) appt. Ronald was patient in explaining to the trainee how to do things. Glad they were here, hope they don't have to back! 😊
