Richard was great, because he actually fixed the problem. The first guy you sent could have done this, because the supply line was frozen. But they chose to throw parts at it and it took 5 appointments, each of which trapped me at home ALL DAY to get this fixed.

Karl put in the proper part. This was the 5th time; and the 11th service visit. Hopefully my fridge/freezer is working properly. Sears should get American made parts, the previous parts were not good. Your company should look into this matter seriously.......
