Edward showed up on time and ready to address our issue. Unlike the previous tech, he went the extra mile to try to resolve the issue for us. Because the door was jarred, he did his best to create a better seal. I have to wait & see if it slows the ice build up but, so far so good. Edward, our technician, was courteous, polite and an obvious asset to the sears repair service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and would highly suggest requesting him in particular if possible. These are the kind of workers who deserve recognition.

Our experience was pretty awesome. Requested an appointment and got one really quickly, just a couple days. Technician came, ordered parts and they also arrived quickly. Technician came right back as soon as the parts arrived and replaced everything. Very happy with the whole experience.
