Ice maker replacement
2 month old refrigerator and the ice maker stopped working. Frigidaire warranty service was very quick to respond and scheduled with sears to repair it. Parts were shipped to me within days and Andrew replaced the ice maker a few days later.

The actual technician was great, very friendly and helpful. The experience of getting any updates through the phone system was very frustrating, due to the unhelpful AI agent and the lack of actual humans to speak with. But we were very happy with the job that was done by Drew.

He was great as he was on the first time . This is the 3rd time having it looked at . Seas has been great but fridgidair has been anything but good to deal with . Faulty fridge and all 3 repairmen said it needed to be replaced.
