We actually ended up with two service repairman showing up within 10 minutes of each other on the same day. Eddie being the last technician to show up. he took over the situation re-diagnosed it properly and fixed our problem.

He's great! Patient and kind and saw an ongoing issue that the other tech RJ couldn't seem to fix after multiple trips. I even asked when Paul worked to ensure I scheduled on a day he would be in the area.
