I scheduled an appt for Sears home service online for my Frigidaire Professional double oven on a Friday night. Monday the service tech came to look at it. He diagnosed the issue quickly & ordered the part, which arrived on Thursday. Ryan confirmed on Friday AM that the part had arrived and game me his ETA (much appreciated!) He was professional, courteous, pleasant to talk to and had my oven fixed in about an hour. It was the best experience I've EVER had with an appliance repair process!
