Parts were received by us as previously ordered by appraisal tech. Michael went right to work installing the parts. Within a short time the oven was working.

Ricky did a great job. We were delayed by sears' staff who rescheduled meeting unnecessarily in fixing the oven but Ricky was on top of everything in his end.

Richard was the first person I spoke to when issues with my fridge first started. He was very informative. Since that first conversation, I had two other techs who were not nearly as knowledgeable as Richard. My guess is, had Richard Been sent out to Repair the first time, maybe I wouldn't have had to wait three months to get my fridge fixed properly. You should probably have your other techs learn from him!!
