This was a follow-up call for our fridge freezer: the top freezer shelf was binding following the removal of an ice dam in the bottom. Gary basically fiddled with it, said the bottom bin was slightly warped and would be $200-300 to replace, but if we loaded the binding side more heavily, that would help keep it down. We put our collection of blue ice there. Since all he did was tinker with it for a minute, he didn't charge us. We appreciated it very much!

We developed a plugged drain in our fridge freezer. I called Monday evening, Rudy was out Tuesday morning. He took everything apart, cleaned it out (giant slabs of ice!) and put everything back together. He protected our floor, and explained that this just happens over time; it wasn't anything we did wrong. He was professional, careful, friendly, thorough, and quick. We're completely satisfied with his visit.
