Joseph was professional, pleasant, respectful and understanding of my continued problems with this fridge. He put about 8 parts in the fridge that would amount to almost the cost of a new one and I still need an interface board. How did none of the other techs know to order this when my screen has been out. . Again, Joseph was great and I hope these parts work out I reached out to New Leaf and said I wanted a new fridge because I've had 4 different techs out to fix it. I spoke with Orlando (a manager) who said that my request for a new fridge would have to go before a board to decide whether I can get one or not and have yet to hear back from him. Have been without a fridge for 2 months. How long could anyone go without one for???

Of course he or who ever was scheduled did not come the 1st day scheduled.. but did come the second time. He was very nice and informative but repair so high it would be pretty close to being able to buy new so we only paid for visit..

After 7 months, since April, many cancellations and 4 wrong ice makers finally sent someone who knew what he was doing and got our ice maker replaced! Hopeful that this one is the right one and works. We wasted 4 months dealing with another service company that brought the 4 wrong ice makers. So we asked for another service company. Sears did cancel and reschedule a few times but did send a repairman that ordered the correct ice maker and James installed it today. Good job James!
