James showed up early Saturday morning after callin to say he was on his way. He checked if the Sears part had been delivered before he hung up. When he arrived he double checked to see which ignition switch wasn't working, confirmed and went to wowrk. It required some extra expertise because rodents had chewed on one of the wires. He was able to make the repair, much to my relief, and left me a happy customer. Except for the rodents.

Steve let us know in the am the 2 hour window when he expected to arrive, so we weren't waiting all day, then called when he was 30 min away. He properly diagnosed ghe previously improperly diagnosed issue and was realistic in time to obtain parts.

If he could have been more personable, giving advice he has learned over the years to help us keep our appliances running smoothly. All that was said was "use vinegar water" Where to put it? How often?
