This gentleman has the experience of years on the job. He cares about his clients. He could, and maybe should, be teaching the less experienced technicians. Maybe they should shadow him. He understands appliances. He can explain problems and solutions. I highly recommend this technician.

Robinson was polite, and a skilled technician, he diagnosed and performed the repair in short time. Sears appliance repair prices are very high however. No reflection whatsoever on Robinson to be clear.

John did everything he could to repair my freezer. He was courteous and easy to discuss the problem with. My only recommendation is to make your appointment window 4 hours as opposed to the entire day.

Don has been such a patient individual, positive attitude and excellent customer service worker with making monthly visits(Since June now it's October) due to the "Original" warranty company lack of service for a product that costs more in service fees than purchase price… Hopefully this product will work the way it should!!!
