Our dryer motor was frozen due to a sock clogging vent

Finally all of the parts arrived to repair my dryer.. Stacey worked quickly and diligently to install all 5 parts, and then he discovered that the drum didn't turn and made a hideous noise. He was able to get the drum apart enough to reach in and pull out a wash cloth that somehow got stuck, and after nearly 3 months, my dryer is working again.. Stacey was the hero of the day!
