Loose connection after initial repair

Huston performed repair on Monday however a wiring harness became loose and door would not lock and therefore machine would not turn on. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it on the recall visit. Clothes are now washing and machine working properly.

Joey charmed our dog as he pulled up with a treat for her then took care of our problem. Even though it took longer than he anticipated, he worked patiently and thoroughly then explained a few things to us about the units and what he did to fix our issues. We had 0 issues or concerns with him, he's the kind of guy we'd share a meal with!
