Manuel is a consummate professional. He not only demonstrated his expertise, knowledge and technical skills. His excellent attention to detail, communication and customer service exceeded my expectations. He seamlessly coordinated the service with me, the owner and the tenant. She was over the moon happy with Manuel stating, "In case you need to give him a survey, he was very, very nice and very fast. He cleaned everything up himself."

Mohan was professional, knowledgeable However dealing with Sears was such a colossal mess. They openly lied to me on the phone, and after their own technical glitch, I ended up waiting ONE MONTH for a refeigerator repair. Service was so awful, I canceled my warranty. I never want to deal with this company again.
