sloan did an excellent job but Sears needs to upgrade their technology systems. The system kept saving our old phone number and our old address even after we updated it make it easier on your employees upgrade your technology! Sears!

It was taking two runs of the dryer to dry my clothes. Angelo came out Looked over the dryer and the dryer vent to make sure it was not full. He took the time to point out different things on the dryer and explained everything that he was doing. He was very nice as well.
