I am well pleased with the service I received yesterday. He checked everything out and explained it to me. I already had the part and he installed it and made sure it was working properly. The only complaint is not with him is that I was cancelled for service on April 7 and the 11th by AI and couldn't contact a real person. The technician said he has nothing to do with that. People that work have to take time off for the service day and then service is cancelled. You need better communication with scheduling if AI is cancelling service for no reason. I wasn't even sure the technician would even show but gratefully he did. People pay a lot of money for this service so it should be honored.

Desmond was great! He was very polite and went to work quickly. Knew exactly what part to order and then came back to install it. It only took a day to get part in. Can't complain about anything. Thank you so very much!! I highly recommend!
