I feel very fortunate to have benefited from Robert's experience, intelligence, knowledge, diligence and hard work. Error code 01. DW dead. Technician found leaking valve setting off sensor that caused shutdown. Part arrived in one week . Technician arrived in 2 weeks. Repair made in 45 minutes. Im satisfied,

Ryan and his assistant, were excellent. They were there when I got home from work, very friendly and busy working. If I asked a question, they took time to answer and didn't mind. They had gotten to my home at 2;30 and never finished until around 6:00. I appreciate all their concern, energy and work ethics. Barbara C.
