Washer repair
Technician good. Washer defective. Has been repaired 5 times for the same E21 error. We need to replace this machine.

Dan was just so polite, helpful and patient! First time around he explained the problem and what parts he'd need to order, even gave me some advice on inspecting the parts for damage during shipping so as to save an additional trip.. Fortunately for us, he was the one that came back to replace the part, after some rescheduling, and he did an amazing job! Gave me some pointers on what type of vent to replace our old dryer vent with, and pointed out several small potential problems that could easily be avoided with some TLC.

Our Electolux washer would not drain or enter the spin cycle. Technician Daniel efficiently unclogged the washer filter and tested the machine during his visit. He was knowledgeable and courteous.
