Jorge provided the initial diagnostic and determined best course of action to fix a gas dryer issue. Required ordering a part and a return for installation a week later. All this was done on time and quickly. Highly satisfied.

I was pleased that Jeremie was finally able to do the job. He was pleasant and efficient. I am not happy how long it had to take because of previous screw ups and the awful customer service team of not knowing how to schedule people quickly. This issue took over 2 months to resolve because of poor planning. We will not be recommending this company in the future. The 5 Stars are for Jeremie only, not the company.

Ryan was great! Very professional! During the repair, he took the time to explain what may have led to the issue. We also spoke about other issues I've experienced with the Electrolux washer & dryer and he expressed to me solutions I could take to rectify.
