The men who work on my appliances all do a great job, especially James and Dominique. The phone service, though, does a horrible job for about the last year. They can not find my account for about the last year saying it does not exist. Most just say they cannot help me, others say the computer changes are the cause of not finding my account that I have had for years. Please fix the phone service. Sometimes I would just like to talk to a person instead of only having computer access.

Oscar did a great job. He gave me a lot of information and options on my repair and gave his honest recommendations. He was very knowledgeable about the machines and parts and also gave me a lot of pointers for continued care and preventative maintenance I could do at home. He worked really fast and left zero mess. He was very friendly and extremely professional. Highly recommend!
